I came to this website to download your software, where do I go?

I downloaded the Core product of NetAthlon®, it won’t work, what do I need to do
|
For NetAthlon® you must download the various components:
- Core product
- Action characters (cyclists, rowers, runners, etc.)
- 3 courses for each sport
- THEN install all 5 or 6 components
- You are now ready to launch-- remember to choose the correct computer port, correct fitness machine!!

It costs NOTHING to download and preview NetAthlon® courses. Click here... go to the courses page and download the course, install it and preview in the PREVIEW SCREEN on the front page of NetAthlon®

I want to know what fitness devices and machines your software works with. Where do I go

This is a common problem... you have spent a lot of money on home fitness gear. If you are NOT sure of what you have, check our Fitness Machine Compatibility page or E-mail us and we will help you get connected to NetAthlon!

I downloaded UltraCoach or a NetAthlon product (NetAthlon, NetAthlon Course, NetAthlon Event Edition) and my ten-day trial is used up, what do I do?

We offer a free ten-day trial so you can check out our products before purchasing. After ten days, you must purchase FitCentric® software to continue to use the product.

I have a laptop AND a desktop and travel a lot, can I install and use UltraCoach on both and not purchase the program AGAIN?

Yes, you can request a second authorization for UltraCoach ONLY (NOT NetAthlon), E-mail tech support or complete the service request form.
