About Me

I started Fitcentric with the outset to help others start their journey into fitness, or to take their training a step further. Everyone deserves not just to look great but to feel great too. I aim to build up your confidence to help educate and motivate you, with a healthy, attainable approach that will fit into your lifestyle. I treat all my clients as individuals and I will focus on your specific goals, using fun, tried and tested techniques to get the best out of your time spent exercising in our sessions and when you train on your own.

I am professional, friendly and approachable – I know exactly how daunting gyms can be and will motivate you so exercise is not as scary or as overwhelming as it can sometimes seem.

"You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step."

What makes me different to other Personal Trainer’s in London?

I’m qualified

Both my background in dance and gymnastics means I understand further exercise qualities that can benefit both men and women in changing their body shape.

My international fitness qualifications are recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) in the UK & UAE. In addition to my Bachelor of Honours degree in Dance Studies, I’m a BGA Certified Level 1 coach in Artistic Gymnastics.

I’m Experienced

In 2015 I came 4th place in my category at the Miami Pro World Championships, and the following year I placed 2nd in IFBB Dubai Bikini Fitness at the 2016 Dubai Muscle Show. I’m not a competition prep coach, and I don’t expect you to fit the same level of dedication into your lifestyle, but these experiences allow me to help you be the best you can be.

I’m Human

I’m friendly and enthusiastic. Others describe me as professional, client focused and caring. Most of all I’m approachable - I believe in living a balanced and healthy lifestyle, while developing wholesome habits to assist with the outcome you want.

"I motivate. I inspire sustainable changes. I deliver results."
